We have been using this app for a couple months now and it has proven to be a great way to engage our customers more with our business and it definitely helps to get a lot of returning customers. The customer support has been great as well, we have loved working with the Sweet Tooth team.

Love the app! Had a little trouble at the beginning with Reward Codes but after chatting with Maggie she cleared everything up and not only told me how to fix my problem but went ahead and fixed it for me!

This app is a MUST HAVE for all e-commerce store owners that want to take their customer's user experience to the next level with customized rewards program.

Not only that, the fact that they have customer support chat using another one of our favorite apps (Intercom.io) is a plus. Shoutout to Kellen and Maggie for the great support! :-)

We use this app for our rewards and referrals. It is easy to integrate, but doesn't reward perfectly with our subs platform, and rewards aren't super easy to configure, but I think it's probably the best platform available and setup is minimal. Customer service is great.

Updated to 5 stars. I accidentally deleted this app. I got Shopify's team to help me track it down and thankfully re-activated it. One huge bonus was they kept my program paused, so my customer's points were all safely saved! YAY!!!!

This is a super sweet app! One star off as I was hoping to customize the order of the list of the rewards that pop up. I am looking to increase social media engagement and shopping, so I'd like those two to be the top two icons for the rewards. Else everything in this works fantastically. Especially the customer service is amazing!
