Updated to 5 stars. I accidentally deleted this app. I got Shopify's team to help me track it down and thankfully re-activated it. One huge bonus was they kept my program paused, so my customer's points were all safely saved! YAY!!!!

This is a super sweet app! One star off as I was hoping to customize the order of the list of the rewards that pop up. I am looking to increase social media engagement and shopping, so I'd like those two to be the top two icons for the rewards. Else everything in this works fantastically. Especially the customer service is amazing!

Smile Rewards is very user friendly for a beginner and there are a lots of features available on the Free Plan.
The Customer Service chat are very helpful :)
I love using this App to reward my customers and to build my customer referral base :)

Jade was SUPER fast to respond and got my icon back on my new theme within seconds! She also showed me how to do it myself in the future in case I switch themes again :)

I am absolutely loving the Sweet Tooth Loyalty program! It's user friendly and super simple to set up. My customers are also loving that I'm able to provide them with a rewards program, so I'm thankful for Sweet Tooth's usability!

A very simple-to-use, effective customer loyalty programme. Integrates well with our store and we have plenty of customers using it. I love the recent integration with Judge.Me and we've seen our number of reviews significantly increase as a result of being able to offer rewards for product reviews. We had a slight issue recently and Roel was great, prompt and very patient in helping us sort things out. Would recommend this app to anyone looking to build a loyalty programme!
