I've just set it up, and I think it's going to be awesome! I'm trying out the free version, and if it get's sales I will upgrade to the paid feature. If it pays for itself at that stage I might even get the bigger plan! Thanks Sweet Tooth! - Samuel

We love using Smile for our loyalty program. The features are great and the app is super intuitive and easy to use. Support is also great and I got instant answers when I had questions.

One of the best customer service that I have received when contacting an app for support. Also is very intuitive and have a friendly UX dashboard.

Smile's customer service is always friendly :) Highly recommend using the chat feature if you're ever unsure of anything! I've dealt with Cole, Hannah and Joana before and they've all been fab :)

The app is great and does generate sales, but needs some work to understand how best to implement for your particular needs. One area they are lacking is that all rewards come as discount codes which are not always easy to use for novice customers and cause considerable confusion when they try to combine a Smile reward discount and another discount code on the same transaction which never works in Shopify. So Smile, can you please do what other loyalty providers do and give us the option of creating gift cards instead?

****UPDATED REVIEW**** Smile reached out and their response was so kind and adaptable! They worked with me to find a solution and I really appreciated the level of personalized customer service they provided. They actually read my review and approached me with a potential solution to my problem. Also, I'm shocked that they approached me with a solution to my problem within less than 24 hours of my review!

We have been using the free version of Smile for our online store for years. I'm super disappointed about the changes to paid for 200 orders. Our in store customers, do not use Smile since it's primarily tourists and we don't have time to deal with customer data when we have long lines.

With the current change, I would now need to pay over $200 a month. Our online orders are typically range between 30-100, while we have 2000-5000 a month in store where I don't use a rewards program. I'm now forced to find a different program that's more affordable because I can't imagine paying $1200+ a year for how little we actually use this program.
