The app is easy to navigate, you can tailor it to best suit your website, but some portion you won't be able to which is fine with me. But with their customer service is quick and helpful. Shelby has help me navigate and find out why my customer wasn't getting her point and I was able to adjust it and explain to my customer the reason why. I first got the app and thought, "this is good." Because it was. BUT, stop taking my money bro. It makes it hard enough running a business with only so little cash. I can't burn It on a loyalty program. I would appreciate either lowering your costs or giving more benefits to people. But all in all not bad.
