Been using the app for over a year now and absolutely love it! works great to give out codes for birthdays and points earned seem important to return customers!

Thanks to Joshua for quick and helpful customer service! Had an issue with Referral Codes and he cleared it up for us with a personalized video. Great app 10/10!

We installed this to help drive loyalty to our site and teas. So far we have seen a lot of interest to our site www.theliteraryteacompany.co.uk, and are definitely seeing increased sales. Hope it continues. Easy to set up and customise.

We're going on several years of Smile.io use and we've loved the platform. It integrates nicely with our tech stack and has a really clean interface. We've had very few issues but when anything pops up the customer service is so quick to help and resolve. We love it, and our customers love the loyalty program - definitely recommend!

I use this app to help me gain loyal customers. I love it and the team is so helpful. I really like how it is easy to use and I was able to understand the features.

Literally the best customer support f any company...EVER! This company goes above and beyond to help with issues - even if the issues are caused by your developer! I would give 10 stars if i could!

Update, Thank you to Smile for being flexible and working with small business.

*Like many other small businesses here, we're looking for an alternative after the huge price hike. We're not using any of the features of the highest tier plan except the points.*
