Great and fast support. Helpful with the customization and other technical requests. The only thing that I would like to see is more types of translation options.

Great customer service! Wish there was a little bit more customization available, but it gets the job done for what we need. Customers love seeing their rewards rack up and it was easy to integrate with Shopify.

Smile.io has helped our brand build loyalty and returning customers, which is extremely important in 2022. We had some issues optimizing our program but David and the Smile.io Experience Team were SO much help. 10/10 Love it.

I've been using this reward program. It's been excited to see my customers redeeming the points they had earned to purchase more. This helps our customers to keep coming back! Also great customer service! They response really fast whenever I have questions! Hannah was so helpful and she gave me all the info I needed! Highly recommended!

Easy to use and setup. Big jump in price from free to 1st level but it would be handy to add customisation to the emails in free subscription.

We researched several Apps to add a Loyalty program for our retail and eCommerce customers a few months ago. It was easy to integrate with Shopify.
We did run into a few issues with customers using points to pay, and although SMILE & Shopify will need to resolve the conflict, David offered us a manual work-around as a possible temporary solution. Although we decided this wasn't for us, his extra work was very much appreciated. And recently we had an issue with upgrading, and David once again offered us a solution that was helpful and demonstrated SMILE's desire to work with all types of vendors, small & big. I would highly recommend this App to anyone...............Lydia
