I love Sweet Tooth! It has given our patients a way to earn loyalty points, track them, and redeem them super easily. It also offers report features and some perspectives. Any concerns I have are answered super fast and friendly from their customer service reps. Love it love it love it! :)

Has really helped improve the loyalty of our customer base and ensure they are transacting with us on a more frequent basis. The customer service is top notch also!

So far so good. 5 minute simple easy setup and install. Code looks clean and not intrusive.

I have Smile.io set up to pay out rewards in levels $5, $10 & $25 but it will only pay $5 at a time and only one per purchase. Also, lately it won't connect to my POS so I end up giving the customer a $5 discount to keep them happy. Support isn't available before I go into work and I'm a small business owner with little availability during the day. There's no email address where I can send my concerns.

UPDATED Review:
Customer support reached out after my first review and were very helpful. More customers can find the app now and we are gaining some traction. I do hope that the pricing is reduced in future or more features are added to be more competitive with other review apps. Thus, justifying the price on the low range. But it is a really nice app with an excellent interface. It would be great to get weekly emails regarding signups etc as a feature.

Very prompt replies to questions and problems. My customers really enjoy the reward program and it is very easy to manage with Smile.
