Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

I somehow mistakenly uninstalled this app (shame on me because I would NEVER!), but Ezra Alamsyah's expertise and lightning-fast response saved my tush from disaster! We were able to reinstate all of my customers hard earned rewards within seconds and I am beyond grateful!

First: Shelby in Customer Care is very professional and responsive. Secondly, Smile.io continues to evolve their platform. Third, they also look for opportunities to leverage the brands on the platform.

I am very satisfied to every features I experienced with Smile. The team also has a great customer relationship management that very helpful to find the best solution for every case we found.

I had contacted Smile support months ago, and I was disappointed that the Redeem Points functionality was not available in our checkout. They said they would provide my feedback to the development team. I just received an email out of the blue (from a person, which is even better) that the feature is now functional, and it's already active in our checkout. That is great customer support!

Lynn was very helpful! I had accidentally deleted my discount codes - she was able to provide me a CSV that I can use to recreate them.

Support team is helpful and responsive! They reply promptly on our issues/requests and always strives to provide a solution that helps our business :)
