My assistant could not have been more helpful! I feel completely supported by these guys as if I have an issue or need access to something I can't get to they sort it, with pleasure. The Smile Team has provided great help through their chat system. It does take a while for a team member to respond, but it is great that the chat is always active so you can jump back into conversation at any time. Their YouTube channel has been helpful as well! One challenge I have been met with through this app is that it requires an email in order for customers to redeem points. No complaints, just something to get used to. So far so good with the free option!
