Customers received an email with notification of rewards but they say they can not use their points earned... so??? it is useless, doesnt work for its purpose
Good so far! We just started using the Growth account. Everything was fairly intuitive and we were able to setup in a few hours.

Great app, I use the free version and it keeps my customers excited and engaged. Most importantly it makes my customers return with something to look forward to along with my products.
