I used this app for my rewards program and must say I love it. User friendly, easy to navigate, and to be honest, its FREE for me for what I need it to do. Love it as it will save me and my customers money. A win win if you ask me.

Perfect app, really easy to use, elegant, simple and plenty of functionalities. So far the best loyalty app for any type of store, I highly recommend it after trying different ones. The service center is always there to assist and I would like to specially thank you Brandon and Lisa, who have been really helpful and nothing is much trouble for them!

For starters, the team at Sweet Tooth have made onboarding the loyalty program incredibly easy. In one month we've managed to build a quality program that has drawn several hundred customers to sign up and participate. The gamification of shopping on our store has propelled sales and has already helped our customers return for repeat purchases. We are currently on the Professional plan to take advantage of several key features such as VIP Tiers and an explainer page. The explainer page does its job to educate our customer and the VIP tiers make shopping on our store that much more fun! The team at Sweet Tooth helped me implement these features in a seamless fashion. We are looking to tinker with our program and the aesthetics over time. Knowing how easy this is to do ourselves eases any anxiety. All in all, we'd highly recommend Sweet Tooth to anyone looking to add another dimension to their customers shopping experience!

While this app is easy to set up and use, for $49 a month - which is NOT CHEAP - id like to be able to at least gain some deeper analytics that what is currently received - which is almost nothing. Only once were we offered able to offer to our customers a promotion to "double their points" and when i enquired re running this special again, was told it was only offered based on algorithms? i have not seen it since and that was around a year ago. It does not give me incentive to upgrade the account to a more expensive plan and will be looking at alternative apps this year. I would not recommend this app to other business's based solely on the lack of analytics available.

I just implemented this program two days ago and I already have customers signing up. It was really easy to install and I think my customers are really going to respond well.

The app is great and explains setup well. Have had a few hiccups however. If your store has special characters in the name, it tends to mistype it. Also, unless you have an upgraded plan, you can't edit the automated email sent to customers referred with discount, and you're unfortunately stuck with sending these people a $10 coupon. I will follow up on this review if these two issues get resolved.

Smile has excellent customer support - the team there, especially Brandon and Hannah were instrumental in helping us make the switch from BigCommerce over to Shopify - they are super knowledgable and friendly - Highly Recommend
