The definition of you get what you pay for. Slightly more than some of the competitors but the product and service is absolutely amazing, with all the best integrations.

Great app with very deep features. Easy to set up with simple rewards, but has the sophistication to customize and offer complex rewards for different scenarios. Support is great and super responsive. Highly recommend!

UPDATE 01/02/2025: Definitely a must to have! Upgraded our 4 stars review to 5.
Too soon to tell if this app would work for our business given we just installed it a few days ago. Out the box during the set up process we experienced some confusion with the theme. Some of the paid features seem to have been available for the free version, but then went away after setting it all up. So that created a bit of confusion and frustration given there's no specific mention in the help pages about it. Customer service was stellar in helping us navigate this. We may change our review later on but for now this is where we stand.

Lisa, the COO reached out to me to resolve a problem I had as a small business. Lisa made it work for my bakery and we can therefore now stay with Smile. Not many companies go the extra mile like Smile did and I command Lisa and Smile for doing so. I am looking forward to continue to grow with Smile Rewards! Big Big Thank You!
Previously I have let Smile know the following...This was a wonderful app until they switched it from free to paid per order as some of our orders are 3.99 and therefore cannot justify paying $199US /month just because we have over 2000 small orders per month. it should not be based on amount of orders as it is discriminating when you do lots of small orders. After it was switched over I could still edit customer profiles for awhile but not anymore - very very frustrating. They created a forcing function to make you upgrade even if you don't want to. Really disappointed!

Great app with good customer service, very reactive and always trying to find a solution. I would give 5 stars, but we still do miss translations functionalities, right now a lot them are only available in English, and we would love to extend them to other stores with its full potential (using points in checkout, on product page, customer page...)
