I love Smile.io, it has all features I need. Besides, its support team is awesome. I have particularly received great and swift help from Shelby and Lisa. I don't see a better app in this category than Smile.io!

App is easy to set up and use. I had some queries, but the Smile.io team were quick to respond and very helpful.
My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.

Lynn and the Smile.io's support team has exceeded our expectations during our loyalty program migration. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and provided clear solutions to our questions and challenges. We especially appreciate their patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a successful data transfer by reinstalling the app; in which resolved the concern.

I'm new to the app but it has been good so far.

Shelby was extremely helpful today and gave me a solution to my problem almost immediately. Great job by her today.

5/5 - Incredible Support Team!
I’ve been using Smile.io on my website, 4u2heal.ca, and the app has been great for rewarding my customers! What really stands out, though, is the amazing support team. Maggie went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a design issue, and her dedication to finding a solution was truly impressive.

Not only did she explain the issue clearly (apparently, something about a "z-index" ), but she also took the time to make me feel at ease about the process. Even when I hesitated to give collaborator access (because I'm super protective of my Shopify store), Maggie was understanding and professional.

It’s clear this team cares about their product and their customers. I’d recommend Smile.io not just for the app, but for the fantastic humans behind it. Maggie, you rock!

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excited to kick this program off for our customers.
