Great tool and easy integration..just a shame the more advanced packages are expensive

Just getting started with the app, but the onboarding process was very easy. I liked that the step-by-step process asked questions about the type of products we sell, revenue volume, etc., and then provided recommendations for the features of our loyalty program based on my answers. This makes the program more personalized to our store, rather than a "one size fits all" approach.

We are hopeful that our loyalty program helps to increase sales, so we can upgrade our plan in the future!

Very helpful support. Beginner friendly. Unfortunately doesn't work with the Theme Expanse, yet. Maybe they can fix it.

Very good customer support. We haven't implemented all the functionality yet but so far the app is very good and customers are signing up for the rewards. We will update our review in a few weeks once we have all the functionality set up.

We have not used their app in months live on our site and they're still charging us! Want refunds.

UPDATE NO REFUND YET!! FOR MONTHS OF SERVICE NOT BEING USED AND HELPED WITH.

TOTAL refusal to refund or make this right with us. They say they could not find any emails from us so it's our fault. Maggie does not seem to care about the reputation of the app at all and would rather not help us.

They are not trying to work with us at all for an end result. At this point, money would be there only goal and I would not recommend working with them. They are a very pricey app to be this unhelpful.

Really easy to use and set up! Fantastic customer service, any questions I have had are answered super fast and very thoroughly. Seamless integrations so far! Love that I can customize it to fit my brand.
