I can't redeem the customers points at point of sale. I can see the dropdown in Shopify POS that says "redeem this customer's points" but all it does is show me the customer and how many points. It doesn't give me the option to redeem. I then have to go to the website (time consuming for the customer) and pull the code and type it in. Please fix this.

I love sweet tooth and its FREE no way hats off the the guys at Sweet Tooth! Can't wait to see what else they will have to offer in the months to come!

Thanks to Lisa for helping to resolve my issue and give advise on different topics. I believe there are some improvement for Smile required or needs to be done but for now I'm happy with the service as free plan use.

Great way to reward customers for their support!

Great customer support, great platform, and a great amount of customizability. I would definitely recommend Smile. Also they use gifs in their chats...so that's a win too. Support is always so much better with gifs.

We've only just started using this app but before jumping on board, we had tons of questions for the Smile team regarding what the app can do for our business and we can say for certain that the team went the extra mile to get us the answers we were looking for. Top support!

Five stars for a very prompt reply from the support staff even before I started using the app. Will update my review once I try out the app.

I would recommend to a friend, for sure. So far, easy experience implementing. Can't give it a 5 yet until I see some results. Thumbs up for sure.
