This app has been working well for us. Today we discovered an unintended consequence of dealers that already purchase from us online with a discount code being able to accumulate and redeem points. I reached out for guidance on this and was met with an almost instantaneous solution. Great support!

Smile is a very easy to use Rewards & Loyalty App. We have been running with it for over 6 months now and it was easy enough to set up, links well with our email marketing and if we have any questions regarding the features, support has been quick to respond and very thorough in their response. I've been using Smile for a while now and really loved how easy it was to implement. I needed to speak to support today about an issue I was having that I thought was on their end. The error I was getting was not directly related to the app, but support was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot. They were also very quick to respond.
