Excelente Servicio al cliente, puedes comunicarte con ellos en muchos idiomas. Además de que me ayudaron a conocer más a fondo la aplicación.

The customers services is horrible. I been asking help for a simple fix and they just don't want to help me at all. How dissapointing considering the price of the apps

Very helpful when I needed assistance to exclude customers from redeeming rewards on items that are already marked down in my shop. I love the ease and flow of this app. Hopefully it will be the same experience for my customers.

Great customer service, a few technical niggles which I wish would be clearer. But they do seem to be doing everything they can to help.

Very easy to use and efficient! I like the format a lot.

My only qualm is that the lowest paid tier is so high in cost. For a start-up business, its tough to justify.

The app has worked fairly well so far (4 weeks in) but I will say the support has been 5 star. Things that weren't so smooth they worked through with us and just right. Just waiting for a few more features to become avail for this to be made perfect. Christian is a super star.
