This is a mixed review. I absolutely loved it but very reluctantly had to uninstall. During the trial period I could not relocate the popup from the bottom right corner and it was obscuring important aspects of the store. Something had to go. I was not prepared to pay for the privilege of changing the display location. Technically, it's a fantastic app and absolutely superb. I would have eventually upgraded, but not for a simple reason like this. So please consider making Display Location a free feature. I would love to reinstall it. Thank you!!

So far so good! I sent a message to support over night and wa la, I had an answer the next morning! The app has been easy to use so far and I cant wait to start managing my customers.

Would be SO much better if this was integrated into the user's account info instead of them having to have an ugly circle on their phone all the time. I'm surprised this app makes any money due to that. People HATE having stuff like that in their faces. Having said that, the IDEA of the app is great.

I like this app because this app helps me to keep our customers send a reference to their friends. It's simple to set up. I wish this app can design smaller in my screen.

I love the app and the customer service team is awesome! I wish the paid plan is more affordable for small business like mine.

I'm hopeless setting up any App but apparently I have successfully set up Sweet Tooth, so that's something to be very pleased about. I will give 5 stars when I see whether or not it promotes sales.
I definitely recommend this app for ease of set up and being innovative though.

tl;dr: one star less because a lot of the wording cannot be changed; other than that it's the best app for points and referrals that I know of.
We tried out a whole bunch of points and referral apps and Smile is definitively the one we liked best: it has a clean design that blends well with our shop, it's really easy to use, and customer service is quick and helpful. The processes are also much easier to comprehend for customers than with a lot of other apps.
One star less because of the many sentences and CTAs in the panel you cannot change. I asked beforehand if I could adapt all parts of the panel; this was confirmed, but it turned out that it excluded the customization of a lot of the wording :( Since we use the German version that is particularly unfortunate because some of the more prominent translations are a bit awkward. (Customer service accepted suggestions for modifications and told me they would look into it.) But also if you use the app in English, and take wording seriously as a part of your branding, that's not optimal.
I can still recommend it, it's a good app that does well what it's supposed to do.

Can you set up a program for customers who would like to leave a view for products, they can earn the points?
