it good to attract customers to our website
We have had this app in our store for a while now. While it promises a lot, the issue is you need to pay 200USD a month, just for the nudges feature! If you ask me, the nudges feature is something that's should be included on the $49 tier plan, as its so integral to the app bringing any sort of revenue. Asking a small store to play $200 a month just to make use of an integral feature just isn't okay.

easy to use as Im not computer wiz, customer service walked me through something I didnt understand and didnt rush me and stayed until the end to be sure Id be successful. I rate this a 20 out of 10 app and business

Looks great so far. I only wish I could hide the tab on the free package as well. I am a little worried though about affording the paid packages as I'm from South Africa.

Seems like a great app to use. Two things that stop me from using it is lack of translation support, and lack of font customization.

So far so good, since installation a day ago, 3 customers have already signed up. In the previous month we only had two sign up for membership, so it has definitely improved customer retention. Installation was simple and the interface on our web page is unobtrusive but still prominent.
