Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

We are just installing this program so have to provide feedback on success in about 8-12 weeks but I can already say that the customer support has been very helpful so far.

We had an issue with Smile where the birthday points weren't being added but Ezra was able to quickly and efficiently resolve this issue and keep me updated along the way.

Smile makes creating a rewards program easy!
They also helped me to figure out how to implement one for my in-person pop-ups. I wish they had a more "entry-level" plan with more features but overall I am super happy!

Ezra was fantastic! Super helpful, clear, and patient in guiding us through resolving an issue with our site. His instructions were spot on and easy to follow—he even highlighted exactly where the problem was and how to fix it step-by-step.

The app is generally very easy to use with a decent UX, although Smile's customer service is incredible. Lynn has been very helpful and super responsive, assisting us with any errors that we've come across or questions we've had.
