Maggie was super helpful with my trouble of adding loyalty points on my Shopify POS. She fixed it in like 5 seconds. Great app to use for your business. Two thumbs up!

The support team is super fast and helpful with anything I need. They have also been super responsive when I made suggestions about possible additions to the program. Excited to see Smile continue to evolve!

The app is easy to add. I haven't activated the program yet, so i can't truly comment on that. However, I don't like how the app keep up with points and discounts.

After careful scrutiny, I chose Smile.io for our rewards program. The new interface has improved tremendously and I receive very few questions from my customers about how to earn and redeem rewards. I have seen the direct benefits of retention. And the basic version is FREE???!!! It's a no-brainer.

The main point of this review is to recognize Elli from the support team for helping me through a bind - I had updated to a new theme with a bug of ridiculous code that blocked all apps from working. 3 other app developers couldn't figure it out and Elli pinpointed the issue and helped me fix it. Now everything works perfectly - those other apps should buy Elli a coffee :) Thank you THANK YOU!

My one request for future app functionality would be to find a way to prevent referral fraud - almost everyone who has used our $10 referral incentive has used it on the same household or a secondary email address.

The Smile.io team worked with us to create a rewards plan that worked for our Shopify store. They responded to requests and questions quickly and helped get us up and running. The Smile.io app interface is easy to understand and navigate for users that aren't technical. Many thanks!

Customer service is absolutely the worst! They told us to upgrade to 200$ plan to get the features we wanted, then after the upgrade, it turned out the features were only available on the 600$ plan, tried to downgrade literary 3 days later, been back and foward with customer service to get a refund for almost 2 weeks now, they still didn't refund!!! It is not the first time they are being super shady with billing!!!

We appreciate you taking the time to write in and leave feedback. I sent you a private message so that we can get this all sorted out for you ASAP.

I also took a look over your account and can see that you were automatically credited the difference between the plan you were on before and the plan you downgraded to. This credit will be applied to future invoices of your new plan automatically. I also sent a message to our Billing department so that they can see about getting you a refund instead of a credit if that is your preferred method.

As for the features, I reached out with further clarification on the features and plans, and a little gift on us, for any confusion.
