This app works well and has superior support. They answer quickly and are willing to work with you to address any issues you have so that the app works for your particular situation. They have been able to add features a la carte for us which is super helpful for a small business. Highly recommended. Lynn was very helpful in particular.

Great app, and good customer service. Our customers love the reward system and smile makes it easy. I was disappointed that they don't have a free plan anymore and find the app still pricey but Smile is good at what they do and it does provide a good value for our customers. This is very tough to review because I give the free version 5 stars. What an amazing program! Very well done and so cool but the jump to the next level after free is insane. From FREE to $60/month .... $200/month ... $400/month!!!???
I was expecting you can have the free version and after that you could perhaps just pay $60 to unlock the next level, but $60 a month!? I think the company would actual generate more profit selling 1 time upgrades over monthly plans. I just couldn't imagine spending $400 a month on this. A retailer must now sell an additional $1,000 in revenue per month just to break even on this plan and then more to turn a profit. I can't even use my own logo with the free version and I couldn't imagine spending $60/month. Great idea but for at least $720 a year just so I can have my own logo displayed I don't see the value in that.
Old Review: Very user friendly and customizable!
New Review: Completely disappointed with the downgrading of our current plan based on a Notice and Warning without any reason. Following message appears:
"This is our mistake and we completely accept responsibility. These advanced Sweet Tooth features need to be switched to use the coupon upload tool before Friday November 11th."
We have been using the app seamlessly for the sole purpose that it was touted as easy to use, set it forget it, but now with the necessity of manually uploading coupons it defeats the purpose. May have to Remove it. Will not recommend.

Awesome app and being able to edit the placement of the app helps a lot versus other apps. It works well being side by side with Facebook messenger on your landing page.

We are only 2 days into using Smile but so far what I can say is: WOW.
I really like this program. Very professional and even on the free program there are nice options. While I did figure out how to enter the points levels, I have to say this wasn't crystal clear even after reading the instructions a few times. For instance for variable and fixed discounts. And despite clearing my cache, restarting my browser, etc, I am still having trouble getting the referral message on Twitter to 'take' or to 'delete'. It might - after several hours!
But these are very small issues. Over all the program is unexpectedly quite amazing!
I agree with what many have said about pricing. If the pricing could be graduated a bit to help new businesses as they grow, then I would be glad to pay. $600 a year off the bat with a comparatively small customer base, is a chunky budget item - though the quality is worth every penny.
On balance, I highly recommend any shop owner to try this program. It is relatively easy to set up, a great way to reward long-time, loyal customers, it creates great 'brand' feeling and it is a very professional tool to help any e-store grow their customer base.
