We have installed smile.io in all of our Shopify stores, which not only helps us maintain better customer relationships but also brings real value to our customers — because through smile.io, we offer more discounts to our customers. We believe that smile.io has reached the highest standard of Shopify apps, and whenever we encounter an ugly or inefficient app, we think about how great it would be if the smile.io team designed this product or feature instead. :)

I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Smile. Shelby got back to me very quickly and showed me what I needed to do to embed the app in our Shopify theme. Her instructions were very easy to follow, and within a few minutes I was up an running. Very happy with this level of customer service.
