Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Awesome app! Jade from tech support was especially helpful and fast!!

Have been using this for over 2 years. It's highly appreciated by all our customers and I believe has become a reason to for them to come back to us.
Gives a lot of options to choose rewards for different actions. I like that it integrates with other apps, has been a very useful feature for us.
We are on a grandfathered plan so have access to unlimited apps for a reasonable price, however the plans that are available now I feel are quite highly priced for the multiple app integration functionality. I hope the team reconsiders this.

The lovely people from Smile are awesome, super helpful when something is needed and a solution is never far away. Always a pleasure to deal with them and we've been doing so for years. <3

Been using Smile for years and never had an issue. The reward program works faultlessly, their pricing could be a little friendlier though as they hold back features unless you want to pay a lot more. 9/10

Easy to set up, good free starter level, good options. The differences between free and basic levels didn't seem large enough to warrant basic level but we will soon have to upgrade due to customer numbers. Recommended
