Fab app, needed a bit of help in the beginning but the Help desk was always swift and helpful. Highly recommended. Our customers like having the rewards, and particularly like saving up for the higher values, so don't be afraid to have three or four stepped rewards. The only thing that did slow us down was working out the maths behind everything....ie, the value of our product's 'points' vs the value of the rewards 'points' is actually a complicated algorythm, and you want to get it right before you launch. Sweettooth offers a good tutorial on this, but if maths isn't your strong suit, and you start to go cross-eyed, best to talk to someone who really understands the difference between the value of the points earned and the value of the points spent, and how this applies to your business model. This could make or break your program's success. UPDATE: Needed help with positioning the app logo to avoid overlapping with another information box, and once more the Help Desk was super quick and helpful.

Smile.io so far is a very good app so far, which adds up a lot to an e-shop and keeps customers very happy! It would be an extra benefit, if all the users of the app get informed when there are changes and updates in the app, so that we can take advantage of the new stuff. But generally I'm very content. And Lynn from customer service was very fast and very helpful when I had some problems with the app. Keep up the good work!

When I reached out to Smile using their easy, and very easy to find, chat function, Jade was very responsive and helpful. They were able to provide screenshots and very easy to follow directions to help with my needs. I truly appreciate their help and will be using this function in the future due to the expedited response time. I also appreciate their efforts to make me smile and laugh on this Friday morning! Have been using this for over 2 years. It's highly appreciated by all our customers and I believe has become a reason to for them to come back to us.
Gives a lot of options to choose rewards for different actions. I like that it integrates with other apps, has been a very useful feature for us.
We are on a grandfathered plan so have access to unlimited apps for a reasonable price, however the plans that are available now I feel are quite highly priced for the multiple app integration functionality. I hope the team reconsiders this.

Easy to set up, good free starter level, good options. The differences between free and basic levels didn't seem large enough to warrant basic level but we will soon have to upgrade due to customer numbers. Recommended
