My customers get excited about sweet tooth! They love racking up and points. The set up was easy and it has helped my business grow and now they have included social media likes in the free version. It just keeps getting better!!!

We have been with Smile.io since we joined the shopify platform in February of 2017. It's been a great platform to work on and when an issue does come up (which is not very often), they have a great and knowledgeable team to help you out. Customer service is superb from top to bottom, Thanks Maggie! We recommend using Smile.io.

Love this app!! Easy to use for me and my shoppers. Wish it had mobile capabilities for when I'm on the go, but the support and service far outweigh any cons. Need help? Ask for Stuart! Kind, patient and ever helpful. Keep up the good work, Sweet Tooth!

We have used Smile for the last few years and have found it an intuitive rewards platform - some of the features are a little basic in comparison to other rewards platforms however overall is great value for money.
I had a meeting with Hannah on optimising our program and was happy with her attentiveness and suggestions. Thank you Hannah.

After trying to find something comparable to Smile, my search has ended.
Tried a few high rated reward apps and lost money, time and energy.. so for the time being we'll stick with Smile.
Been with Smile for what seems like forever (when the company was known as Sweet Tooth on the Magento platform).

EDITED TO ADD:
Smile has improved A LOT!
Customer service is on the ball!
Plus there are so many facets to this app, more than any other & to be honest I'm glad I stuck with Smile! We're in the process of updating our website to implement the VIP tiers but have found that Smile has more than just VIP tiers.
