Great app with good customer service, very reactive and always trying to find a solution. I would give 5 stars, but we still do miss translations functionalities, right now a lot them are only available in English, and we would love to extend them to other stores with its full potential (using points in checkout, on product page, customer page...)

Helpful & prompt customer service. The app is working well for us at the moment (we are on the free plan), but there is a small issue with guest nudge referrals not working. Apparently this is to do with the new Shopify checkout and Smile are working on a fix to this.

Usable as a free option but the upgrade price is insane. Nearly a full year of shopify per month cost is insane (base plan is still more than shopify eahc month) for a small business doing small sales. Extremely easy to abuse and manipulate - I had a customer make multiple accounts and fake share and all the points were given every time. The 'tasks' are not real so this does not feel like you are getting the return for the customer to get their points. The free perks are nice enough, but I was looking for another option as soon as I could after the manipulation issue.

Too soon to tell if this app would work for our business given we just installed it a few days ago. Out the box during the set up process we experienced some confusion with the theme. Some of the paid features seem to have been available for the free version, but then went away after setting it all up. So that created a bit of confusion and frustration given there's no specific mention in the help pages about it. Customer service was stellar in helping us navigate this. We may change our review later on but for now this is where we stand.

Still need some help on the customer side with enrollment / customer finding thier share link to share with other clients. This really needs to be more visible and promoted somehow..more bolder / bigger. I am sure in time this will work out better
