Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

We have been using Smile.io for over a year now to manage our loyalty and referral program. Recently, we decided to integrate the platform with our store to a greater extent and I am especially surprised at how good and responsive the their customer service is. Smile makes it easy to create a reward program on several different levels. Team is always available to help when you have questions too.

Effective when utilized effectively, excellent support.

We just launched our Smile rewards program and so far the experience has been outstanding. The service and support we received from Fiona, our launch coordinator, was nothing short of excellent in all regards. I can't say enough good things about her and our experience with Smile.
