I have been using this app for well over a year. And I really like it and most importantly the support is excellent. This is what usually makes you want to stick with an app - knowing you will get an immediate response and solution in the fast pace of ecommerce. Just wish there was a lower paid entry tier as it is such a jump to get some benefits which would be fantastic for a small business like mine.

I came across an issue regarding a customer not receiving their rewards points accordingly, and the rep Tess provided me with a very detailed response and helped with troubleshooting the issue efficiently! The issue turned out to be due to the customer and not the app itself! Thank you so much for your support!

Luxurious Littles, LLC has been with Smile for almost a year now and I absolutely love this app. I was considering changing because I switched my subscription platform, well there was no need. Customer service was top notch (I love being able to chat online), Smile has so many options for rewards and point opportunities not to mention Tess helped me connect Smile with my new platform. This has indeed made me "Smile".

It's a good enough software for what it does, but god help you if you forget that you're being billed and ask for a refund since you stopped using the service. Totally my fault, but yeah, just a reminder that always double check your monthly charges every month so you don't have to ask for a refund and get turned down.
