such a nice and smart app, enjoying it
Super easy to use. I had 2 members on AppalachianEmporium.com after just a couple of days.
Very easy to set up and it's free in the beginning. Awesome!
Smile has been working great for us as we use it to manage our customer reward program. Their chat support is quick and friendly when helping us deal with any technical issues or questions that we may have.

It was a pity to hear that we cannot develop emails in HMTL anymore. We hope in near future, to be able to translate all the program ( including nudges ) as for most of our customers who doesnt speak English, it´s not easy to understand when we show half in english and half in spanish.

Sweet Tooth is great app. I was a bit unsure of trying it but its customer service team are the main reason I decided to try. Abby is a pleasure to work with. Not only she helped me with Sweet Tooth itself but she provide me with idea an examples of how I can promote my loyalty program. I have to mention that I'm in free plan, even though I wasn't pushed to upgrade, and I appreciate that. Her intention was all the time to help me to get the most out of my free plan. Thank you su much Abby and the Sweet Tooth team. Did I mention that she was working in a holiday?
I have been looking for a good loyalty rewards program for my small business for a while now but every other company I came across was to expensive. When I stumbled upon Sweet Tooth I was VERY excited to learn of such a great app that offers a free loyalty program. They even have paid services that is affordable even for small businesses just starting out. It was easy to set-up and create codes. In just a short time I have many customers who's already accumulated loyalty points!
Great app and even better customer service! Highly recommend or anything looking to start a points &/or refferal program!
