I took me a a few minutes to dig around to find where to click so it can show on my store. Otherwise, setup was a breeze. Hoping this will attract repeat buyers.

This app has cost me thousands of dollars. It rewards people on top of any existing discounts in my store and there are no rules or ways to prevent it stacking. I am losing money all the time due to this. Not happy. The aesthetics are nice but they clearly don't understand retail business and how customers behave.

Smile coupons are not able to be combined. Unfortunately, some 3rd party apps conflict with Smile and can cause unexpected behavior, such as allowing discounts to stack. We don't recommend using these apps alongside Smile for this reason. We also have a recommended setup to help optimize your rewards program and ensure it works for your Store. Love Sweet Tooth reward apps. The only reason I give 4 stars versus 5 is due to not being able to give the basic function of having the option to change positioning of the app on my homepage.
The set up was easy but results yet to know since I switched from another app with not much success after 6 months onto it to Sweet Tooth. At this point, the only thing I wish it can be better was it can be a pop up or perhaps located more prominently within the website. Right now, it's a small rectangle with small fonts at the bottom corner when website is viewed from desktop. It's at the bottom of the screen when view from phone. Still too early to tell if it can indeed inspire more sales from my existing customers and generate more leads from referrals and new sign ups. Will update my rating in couple of months time for a fair honest review.
We moved from another app to Smile. We have been avoiding to do this for years before because Smile doesn't offer point expiry on the basic pricing tiers, but the whole app is very well done and the interface is excellent so it was worth the change. It feels like a very steady and solid app, and the support from David was quick and responsive when we migrated from the previous app.
