Smile.io is a great platform - easy to use, easy to set with a wide range of graphic and reward/referral options. We implemented it into our shop easily, and it started generating some buzz immediately.
Also, customer support is great and responsive, so +1 for that (cheers for Maggie!).
Fantastic little app, great way to keep your customers engaged. Still have a little tweaking to do at our end so it works best for us but its a great start and will enjoy using the features - Thumbs Up!

Does not work with Paypal: if you place an order with Paypal, the user doesn not receive any points. And it's not specified anywhere that it doesn't work with Paypal...

We have been using smile for about 6 years now - we have considered others in the past, but we feel confident is the best in the biz. The major plus for us is their commitment to continuing to develop and troubleshoot features in customer support to ensure things are working properly.
