Tried many different loyalty program apps, smile is the most user friendly one, easy to set up. Also, Joana and Hannah were both super helpful, quick respond and solve my issues :)

Their assistance in handling my requests for downloading and sending information from the points transactions on a weekly basis was truly remarkable. The promptness of Eza, Joana, Maggie, Lynn, Andreandana, and others in sending the points and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information was highly commendable.

Customer service is great, but would love to be able to download copies of invoices from the app. An interim fix has been the that the lovely people at Smile now send us a link every month. The follow up service is also great. Thank you.
