Caveat - I haven't launched this app yet and only have the free version. But it looks like I will be able to do everything I want to do and I will update the review afterward. One star off because customer service has limited hours and the app is just a little confusing about how to onboard existing customers. But I will update and I'm sure it will be 5 stars after I start using it.

Good program, altough a little bit expensive. Let's see if it's wort it. Lisa from the Customer Servic was of great help.

While the reports available in-app are a bit basic, (-1 star) I was able to get the data we wanted from Jade on the support team. We were looking to asses cumulative point earning & redemption by customer (and tier group) which we were able to compile based on the exports she sent us. Thanks again for the help Jade!!

i have just set up the sweet tooth reward program for my store http://hotro.myshopify.com and am so stoked to start using this app. I have read so many positive reviews on the program I cant wait to see it in action.
Really like the app, it would be great to see an option to reward customers for each review that they complete on a product that they have purchased. Is this possible for the future?

Also you are correct, Instagram doesn't allow deep links in their bios. So far so good....easy to set up the basic plan. I will give another review once the shop is up and running. I am on the fence with 4 or 5 stars because of the branding logo on the rewards program....I think they should offer lower tier option for a few bucks that would get rid of their branding on the system....
