I needed help customizing the emails that are sent to my customers & between the 2 reps that I worked with they turned out GREAT!

Sweet tooth has been with my store from the very beginning. I have been using it for over a year now and have had absolutely no glitches or any problems. It is easy to use for both customers and myself. I wouldn't be without it.

This app is so helpful. Fulfilling a much needed gap in the points/rewards sector. It has all of the functionality necessary and is completely free until it reaches a point where the value it provides warrants payment. I believe this product deserves 5 stars. It's free. It seriously cannot get any better for being a fully integrated, customizable, and easy to use platform. GET THIS APP, YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL THANK YOU.

I love this app! It provides my customers with ways to earn points while they shop which is a great incentive!

Mediocre so far, expensive and pushy to review them. 3/5, understand these take time to develop a user base but due to the pay-to-play monthly fee it will be an expensive bill before anything too substantial happens.

My customers love the App but there are a few things that are not intuitive. I reached out to Tech Support because I had two customers in the last week who had problems with their rewards. The Tech Support through the Chat was quick and efficient. They had to check on something to answer one question but I got a full answer and a video on how to educate the customer on the problem. I was impressed with their thorough response and effort to really try to answer my questions. Thanks!

Like the app so far. Very user friendly. I like the free plan start up option in conjunction with Shopify. I would give it 5 starts but my only real issue is the pricing for the basic plan. I feel $59 for the basic plan is just too much. Most basic plans I researched run about $20-$30. Depending on how much sales traffic this app helps generate when I no longer qualify for the free plan will determine if Spending $59 a month will be worth it...
