Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!

We ran into an issue after launching with Smile.io, but Shelby from their support team was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly and incredibly helpful, quickly jumping in to sort things out for us through live chat. It was such a relief to connect with someone knowledgeable in less than 5 minutes! Great FREE program with lots of options as well as fairly priced paid upgrades. Quick and helpful chat support. Great integration with Shopify POS as well. Customers love that I can help keep track of and redeem their points for them when they shop in-store as well as online.
