Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

First of all, we still expect Smile.io to improve and offer comprehensive features, including monthly order reports and customized views, which is important to Shopify sellers to review their usage and evaluate the plan's performance.

Having said that, the CX support team was helpful and reacted to our request efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend the service.

Customer service was excellent. Even though I wasn't able to achieve what I needed to, I was guided through different ways to get the same outcome from an experienced customer service representative. Thanks!

This app works well and has superior support. They answer quickly and are willing to work with you to address any issues you have so that the app works for your particular situation. They have been able to add features a la carte for us which is super helpful for a small business. Highly recommended. Lynn was very helpful in particular.

Because they were cheaper than Loyalty Lion, we tried Smile.io five years ago and held our breath. Would it work? Fabulously! Did everything we wanted and more. Easy usability, 100% performance, excellent service crew. And constant improvements with no raise in price and no "contracts". Just like it's all supposed to be.

I am giving Smile: Loyalty and Rewards a 3 star rating as the program is inefficient and complicated. However, I have been communicating with Cole Breivik and have been happy with his responsiveness and assistance.

If you're not sure how to do something,the staff there will walk you through things easily and quickly with videos and hand holding. Kudos guys for the excellent service!!
