I love everything about this app easy to install and does what it said it would do.

App works great and value for money is really good. you have the most important options for rewards given. Only 1 integration for the medium price is a little downsized in my opinion. at least two would make the app much more workable. Customization options are great.
The only thing Im really missing is the integration of a widget of smile in the page building process. So you could create a landing page where the customer has all access to all information for registration, see the balance, basically everything you can do in the launcher as of now. Shopfiy 2.0 now layed the path! Would be amazing to see!

Started using this when it first came out. It worked very well. But then without warning, the "free" features all became payable without prior warning.And it's not clear on the site what is under the free ways to reward. If something this drastic needs to happen for commercial reasons, there should be a way to "grandfather" existing clients or a proper communication protocol.

Updated: The team managed to resolve this glitch and reinstate what we originally signed up for. Great follow up!

What an awesome and easy app to configure! I can now offer my customers more incentive to shop with us. Plus, I can add points to pre-existing customers so no one misses out! Love this app, love the company, what a fabulous way to boost sales and gain followers. Thanks!

Great concept - easy to install
great way to entice our customers if it actually worked....our codes that get sent to customers with rewards dont actually work!
