Great App! Great Support! This App has helped boost our business, and is a great way to reward customers for referrals!

Maria was awesome and quick helping me figure out my issue. Not only did she show me how to fix it, she explained why and how each works......with screenshots and all.

easy to use, we like it. i guess we like ot 30 character worth, but realy do like it

I'm still getting used to how to best use smile for my store, but so far it's been a good experience and customer support has been very engaged and helpful. Really appreciate the time and attention to questions - looking forward to rewarding more clients!

Customer support reached out after my first review and were very helpful. More customers can find the app now and we are gaining some traction. I do hope that the pricing is reduced in future or more features are added to be more competitive with other review apps. Thus, justifying the price on the low range. But it is a really nice app with an excellent interface. It would be great to get weekly emails regarding signups etc as a feature.

So far these guys have been great - a really simple system, but any questions I have had have been answered quickly, clearly and they have been so friendly. I have never felt like a nuisance, just left the support chats much clearer with what I need to do. Thank you!

Its barely good enough considering it is free. There are issues with finding customers. The search is difficult and will only find exact, full matches. You cant just search by a first or last name. you have to have both.

The price offerings go from free to $50 to $200 a month. Which they need a lower cost option with features I could actually use. most of the feature even at the premium package just aren't useful.

I just downloaded this app. I am hopeful that it will help with client retention and show our appreciation to our loyal clients.
