Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

It does not appear to be working for me as yet. I was concerned that it was not working on my shopify, but it is. Thank you Andrea for your help tonight.

I had some questions about the Smile app integrations with Klaviyo and the employee I spoke to, Andreandana, was super helpful!

App assez facile à paramétrer. Service support réactif et qui m'a bien aidée. Juste dommage que certaines fonctionnalités basiques soient réservées au plan le plus cher.

Jade was a great help to me. Super-fast response as well.

App works really well, Had some trouble but I was contacted by a Manager and they were able to help me out!

Easy to use, with helpful customer service

Customer serivce is great

We've been using Smile now for a couple of years and have been very pleased with our choice. We are on the basic plan and it has everything we need. They've also just added some new functionality for redeeming through POS which is fantastic since we just opened a retail location. Anytime we've had any issues or questions, they've been very quick to respond and helpful. Lisa was great and gave me exactly what I needed to know to fix my issue. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is that the POS redemption option could be a bit more seamless but I'm sure in time that will come.

Helpful and responsive customer support

Usable as a free option but the upgrade price is insane. Nearly a full year of shopify per month cost is insane (base plan is still more than shopify eahc month) for a small business doing small sales. Extremely easy to abuse and manipulate - I had a customer make multiple accounts and fake share and all the points were given every time. The 'tasks' are not real so this does not feel like you are getting the return for the customer to get their points. The free perks are nice enough, but I was looking for another option as soon as I could after the manipulation issue.
