Great App and super responsive Help Team that quickly address any question.

I have been using this for a few years and find it the best Loyalty Program on the market. Very easy to navigate and set up. Great features for the customers.

Smile has been great to offer discounts to customers both online and in-store. We had a few minor setup issues and ideas we wanted to explore and received amazing support from the customer support team.

The app is great for loyalty points and rewards. It works great with our POS setup. Needs a few feature enhancements like being able to use multiples of a discount amount for the POS instead of having to create multiple redemption rules (like currently you can only do $3 off, $6 off, $9 off instead of just a single $3 off and then automatically showing the option for its multiples). Great app otherwise and has features like VIP tiers, being able to exclude certain customers, adjusting points etc.

I received a very quick and friendly reply. Got the answer to my question and the conversation was smooth and simple!

Lynn who was very attentive with my reboot of Smile.io not working with my Shopify was the best more attentive help. She responded practically in real-time.

I would like to deal with her again in the future. She was that helpful and responsive.

The Smile Team has provided great help through their chat system. It does take a while for a team member to respond, but it is great that the chat is always active so you can jump back into conversation at any time. Their YouTube channel has been helpful as well! One challenge I have been met with through this app is that it requires an email in order for customers to redeem points. No complaints, just something to get used to. So far so good with the free option!
