A little limited on the Starter Plan (paid), but ok for basic needs.

Lisa was very helpful and friendly. She was so patient with me and answered everything I needed. Highly recommend adding Smile.io to your Shopify.

Although it does take a while for you to get a hold of someone to talk to, the agent i was scheduled with, Nicole, was great! I wanted to try out smile in our developer store before we commit and the process was super easy and quick. Nicole was responsive and got me all set up in 5 minutes. I do love that we can try out all the features of smile before committing, will definitely help deciding what plan we want to go with.

Hannah was wonderful. So super friendly and very efficient. She solved my problem and helped me to get set up for success. Very happy with Smile.

Smile works great and is easy to use for both customers on the front end and for staff managing it in the back end. Set up is pretty much set and forget but support are fast and helpful when needed.

It was phenomenal, love how fast and friendly Lisa was. It was very refreshing and I am grateful for her quick help.
