Jade was so helpful to us to in setting up the app blocks in our theme editor. She stay in the chat with myself and my coworker basically all day until we ran out of questions for her. Very responsive and solved all our problems!

I’ve just downloaded the app, using the free version and so far so good. Really easy to set up & looks beneficial for customer loyalty.
I have to say Lisa from customer service was extremely helpful when I used the live chat. I don’t often leave reviews, however i was so impressed I thought it was important to do so, she is a credit to the company.

Very easy to use and quick to get started!

The onboarding has been quick and easy, with plenty of communication for Brandon and the team at Smile.io.
We are using the points for donations, rather than a discount and with the teams help we have been able to adapt the program to our needs and are happy with the results so far.

Great friendly support, and has all the features you can expect! Special thanks to JOANA from customer service team who helped me resolve some technical issues on my theme.
The pricing is a bit steep though .. for a small business. And especially some important features are locked in for higher tiers.

Great platform that combines everything you need to build brand loyalty (rewards/referrals). It's what we recommend to all our clients. And the customer support is even better. In particular, Jade on their support team accommodated a customized request we had and her response time was blazing fast. It's hard to find product support like that these days...so it's greatly appreciated and a big reason why we love Smile.io
