****UPDATED REVIEW**** Smile reached out and their response was so kind and adaptable! They worked with me to find a solution and I really appreciated the level of personalized customer service they provided. They actually read my review and approached me with a potential solution to my problem. Also, I'm shocked that they approached me with a solution to my problem within less than 24 hours of my review!
We have been using the free version of Smile for our online store for years. I'm super disappointed about the changes to paid for 200 orders. Our in store customers, do not use Smile since it's primarily tourists and we don't have time to deal with customer data when we have long lines.
With the current change, I would now need to pay over $200 a month. Our online orders are typically range between 30-100, while we have 2000-5000 a month in store where I don't use a rewards program. I'm now forced to find a different program that's more affordable because I can't imagine paying $1200+ a year for how little we actually use this program.
