My customers love the App but there are a few things that are not intuitive. I reached out to Tech Support because I had two customers in the last week who had problems with their rewards. The Tech Support through the Chat was quick and efficient. They had to check on something to answer one question but I got a full answer and a video on how to educate the customer on the problem. We need to be extremely productive with our time and can't always dedicate people to manage a loyalty program. Smile is great because it's an intuitive easy rewards program that you can plug and play. It keeps running and letting people join and use their points with minimal oversight.
