Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

For the most part the program is great, I deducted one star because I've noticed sometimes the "redeem rewards" option isn't always there when I'm checking a customer out at POS (this happened not that long ago, a customer who had over 1000 points was checking out- but at POS the smile integration said "no rewards available.") I acknowledge that maybe this isn't Smile's fault- maybe it was something to do with Shopify- but was frustrating nevertheless. Smile customer service is always great though! Fast and friendly and always makes things easy to understand. Thank you!!

Very easy on boarding process

First payment tiers are well worth the price. This would be a five star review if I didn't have to get pushed into paying $500/month just to access the API integration. Otherwise this is the best app on the market.

Rachel was incredibly helpful with our setup and answering our questions. We look forward to using the rewards programming.

Amazing! Super easy to set up and use from store owner POV. From trailing it as a customer, it's even easier. Love that it's available for mobiles and doesn't take over the screen. I was using another Loyalty Rewards App, but this one is far superior.

Quick and solid customer support. Good working widget. Does what it says it does. Hefty price, but worth it.

Ok, that was ridiculously easy to set up and get running. Free plan is just enough to be very useful and gives us incentive to upgrade eventually as the program starts doing its thing.

I spoke with Jade and she was super friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my question right away and my problem was resolved!!
