I was totally lost with integrating MailChimp with Smile.io and Maggie was a lifesaver! Immediately responsive, very helpful and awesome! I always have the best customer service with Smile.io.

I have been using the Smile Rewards app in my shop for several years now and it is worth every penny. My customers LOVE the program and have mentioned repeatedly that it is one of the reasons they keep coming back to my shop. The app is easy to set up and use and any time I have had a minor issue support has always been super helpful (and quick to fix the problem).

Love Smile: Rewards and Loyalty! It keeps my customers coming back and truly does build the loyalty toward our brand that we had hoped for. Customer service is great and the program is simple to implement and maintain.

This app is so easy to use and my customers love it. I find the back office to be easy to navigate and my customers have said it's so seamless.
