Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

It was really helpful to have Erin assist and guide me with solving different technical problems and how to integrate work flow with Smile~ Erin provides detailed and thoughtful assistance and asking the right questions to help me. Really appreciate it!

Just that I find Smile system does have a lot of improvement to make, for example customer reminder emails should have more built in customisable functions eg description text space, and more criteria provided to create VIP tier settings (example not only based on customers' purchase amount / points earned, but also specific order numbers, duration, etc) also the bonus campaign is only limited when there is one "earn points by making a purchase method", so now if we got more than one way, we are not allowed to use the bonus campaign unless we pause them. So i find it not friendly enough despite of the fee we are paying for this system.

I have recently switched to this app from another popular app that bumped the prices up out of my price range. The install was all very simple and easy to follow even for a beginner like me. I came into an issue today where the rewards app wouldn't load on my site. I tried everything on Google but nothing worked and I'm useless with coding. I reached out to their support but thought being a weekend I would be left until Monday with no help but I was wrong. Right away I had a message from Joana and the problem was fixed really quickly and Joana was a pleasure to work with. Really impressed by this experience especially as I only have the free version of the app. Highly recommend.

We had a specific scenario where we wanted to offer rewards only on our POS and not on our website, and the customer service team was very responsive in helping us implement this, and it has been working super smoothy ever sine!

Support is difficult to communicate with. If you have B2B transactions on the same website, don't use this app.

Very quick responses to enquiries, and very helpful to test out edge use case features. The base Smile.io app does everything we want it to as standard!

Great app and awesome service. We have been a customer since 2023. I had a technical issue integrating Smile with Shopney app. Joanna gave me excellent service and was extremely patient while trying to set up the integration. Thank you, Joanna, for being patient with a non-technical person!

**Update** Smile.io reached out and resolved the issue via email. Turns out strict tracking settings prevent access to their app via Shopify. Anyone else experiencing issues, try 'balanced' as an initial fix. They resolved this issue in 2 days via me leaving a review on the Shopify App Store. I couldn't ask for support through the app due to not having access. 'W' for their support team.

Currently doesn't work with Microsoft Edge. I'm unable to access the app within my Shopify Interface. Aside from that, the app has been good. Please fix!

We've been using Smile.io for a while and have upgraded over time. The features are very useful and the loyalty programme definitely increases our customer retention and sales.

The customer service is fast and knowledgeable!

I have been using the app for a months now on the free plan and so far it has everything that I need. I had a small issue with locating where to customize some settings (there could be a few tiny tweaks to the UI to help with this), however my support rep was extremely helpful and very quickly provided a solution. The support I received alone is a great reason to carry on with this app. Looking forward to building out more with Smile.io.
