I love that the development team is always working on improving the app. And I just gotta say, the recent support I got from Lynn on an issue that was confusing me was ABSOLUTELY stellar. She went above and beyond, and helped me with a custom code that she didn't have to do.
Lynn is definitely the reason why I am now a Smile.io customer for life. (At least as long as they are smart enough to keep her around!)
Thanks Lynn, and the whole Smile team, for real, human service, and being a company that cares.

App is easy to set up and use. I had some queries, but the Smile.io team were quick to respond and very helpful.
My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.

Smile has been a wonderful, easy tool to use on our stores! Mike has curated a wonderful team and really takes care of long time loyal customers. Ive gotten wonderful, easy help from Lisa, David and other team members as well.

It would be nice to have more option on nudges for customers to redeem points at checkout without having to upgrade plans.

If I was just reviewing the customer service and troubleshooting/help I just received from Shelby then it would be 10* (seriously, I can't express how grateful I am for her help because without it I would have given up and just taken the hit and removed Smile.io completely rather than deal with the tech issue!), however it seems like I'm reviewing the whole app and my experience so far is that if you're not amazingly tech-savvy (I'm reasonably adept) then it takes a while to get your head around the intricacies. Overall, fantastic support and I have very little to complain about considering that I'm currently using the free plan which gives a great 'basic' offering plus unfaultable customer service. I'm looking forward to understanding Smile.io more and hopefully it won't be long until we're able to upgrade to the better paid plans.
