Amazing APP with Great Customer Service Support. All store owners need to get a quick response as soon as they install any APP. This is the amazing team to support every question that you need to ask. They are always ready to help and App is working fine online and POS. 100% recommend for those who want to use Royal Reward program for your store.

Slows down my store considerably. My SEO/site manager tells me to remove it every month. Very glitchy, I can barely access the dashboard most days. Disappointing considering the number of good reviews it has. I wouldn't recommend it.

I hear you have concerns about Smile's impact on your store's speed. Our team actively monitors our app for performance-related factors, and we take every opportunity to make sure things are working in a way that has as little impact on the customer experience as possible. The Smile Launcher and Panel are designed with speed in mind and will load asynchronously. This means that customers will be able to begin interacting with your site immediately, while Smile loads itself in the background. We also only insert a couple of relatively small code snippets into your theme, which shouldn’t be the cause of any major slowdowns in how long it takes your website to load.
Regarding the dashboard, this is definitely out of the ordinary. I've reached out to learn more about the situation so we can look into this for you ASAP.

I am sure I would like the program if I could ever get it implemented. I have requested help setting up the explainer page multiple times. (Which I they told me they would do) Each time I ask, they tell me to submit a request to the support staff -- which I have done Twice. No response. My only contact with them now is when they bill me each month. Ironically, they do not forget to contact me then. So my problem is customer service. They couldn't contact me enough before I purchased. After I purchased, quite a different story I am sorry to say.

I'm new to the app but, after having problems with previous reward apps, I was happy to come across something that is easy to use! I love that you can manually add points to customer accounts. So far so good!
