We had a few questions about how the app works, during setup and support was great about getting back to us with informational answers. So far so good, we installed it yesterday morning, by yesterday afternoon we were very comfortable with it. The app is easy enough to use and feels like Shopify which is handy and we can change it enough to feel like it's part of our site.

Great app for having an intuitive and efficient loyalty and referral program. I’ve been using it for years. The customer service is very responsive. However, the price is very high, in my opinion, and I’m frustrated that I can’t access all the features (notably the one to redeem points at checkout) in French. For now, it’s only available in English…

Had an issue that took a few days to fix but customer service was very helpful and eventually fixed the issue. Will definitely recommend them every time.

I love Smile.io, it has all features I need. Besides, its support team is awesome. I have particularly received great and swift help from Shelby and Lisa. I don't see a better app in this category than Smile.io!
